RP-WⅡ Series : Double tubes type, Stepper motor drive
- The RP-WⅡ is a dual-head pump driven by a stepper motor.
- It uses tubing with an inner diameter of 4 mm and an outer diameter of 8 mm (wall thickness 2 mm). Compared to the 1.5 mm wall thickness tubing used in our other pumps with similar or higher flow rates, the thicker wall provides greater resilience when compressed, which improves suction performancetypically a weak point of ring pumps.
Please refer to the P-Q curve below.
- The stepper motor drive allows for a wide adjustable flow rate range from 0.8 to 700 mL/min.
- The dual-head design helps reduce discharge flow pulsation compared to single-head pumps.
Click here for more information about pulsation.
- A dedicated driver board for stepper motor control is also available.

- The arrows indicate the discharge direction when the motor rotates clockwise.
*It varies depending on the tube material / size and the motor.
*At -5 m, the discharge flow rate of the RP-WⅡ is approximately 17% higher than
that of the RP-2S, indicating that the RP-WⅡ has better suction performance.
Stepper Motor Driver Board
This series is driven by a stepper motor.
To operate the stepper motor, a dedicated driver board is required.
We offer the following driver board as a separately sold option. Please contact us if needed.
★ To use the driver board, you will need a pump equipped with wiring that includes
a JST connector compatible with the driver board (e.g., RP-WⅡ04F-700A-DC24VS).
