RP-HⅢ Series : Pump head replacement type, Stepper motor drive

RP-HIII (Constant discharge pump system)
  • The RP-HⅢ is a stepper motor-driven pump with an interchangeable pump head.
  • The flow rate can be adjusted over a wide range from 0.06 to 45 mL/min, thanks to stepper motor control.
  • The pump head can be easily replaced using a one-touch magnetic coupling mechanism.
  • RK-HⅢ02S and RK-HⅢ02F pump heads are autoclavable:
    • Autoclave: 121°C for 25 minutes, up to 10 cycles
  • All pump heads are Gamma sterilizable to 25 kGy.
  • Three tubing options are available to suit various applications.
  • An optional driver board for stepper motor control is available.

Stepper Motor Driver Board

This series is driven by a stepper motor.
To operate the stepper motor, a dedicated driver board is required.
We offer the following driver board as a separately sold option. Please contact us if needed.
★ To use the driver board, you will need a pump equipped with wiring that includes
a JST connector compatible with the driver board (e.g., RP-HⅢ02*-45A-DC24VS).

  • A driver board used to connect the motor and power supply, and to control the motor via external control signals.
  • Please prepare your own control device to send the control signals.
  • A DC 24V, 1A power supply is required. Please use a DC power source, such as a DC power supply unit or AC adapter.
