RP-H (Constant discharge pump system)
  • The RP-H is a stepper motor-driven pump with an interchangeable pump head.
  • Stepper motor control enables a wide adjustable flow rate range:
    • 20 μL to 7 mL/min
    • 30 μL to 10 mL/min
  • The pump head can be easily replaced using a one-touch magnetic coupling mechanism.
  • Equipped with needle roller bearings, the pump achieves 5,000 hours of continuous operation (based on in-house testing with water; not a guaranteed value).
  • All pump heads (except RK-H1.6R) are sterilizable:
    • Autoclave: 121°C for 25 minutes, up to 10 cycles
    Note: The RK-H1.6W model using "Transmaster TM-15"
    tubing is not autoclavable.
    • Gamma sterilization: 25 kGy
    (Sterilization compatibility of Versilon F-5500-A tubing is unverified.)
  • Six tubing options are available to match various applications.
  • An optional controller and driver board for stepper motor control are available.
  • Versions with brushed DC motors and brushless DC motors are also available.

Stepper Motor Controller and Driver Board

This series is driven by a stepper motor.
To operate the stepper motor, a dedicated motor controller or driver board is required.
We offer the following motor controller and driver board as a separately sold option. Please contact us if needed.
★ To use the driver board, you will need a pump equipped with wiring that includes
a JST connector compatible with the driver board (e.g., RP-H***-**Z-DC24VS).
