RP-2S Series : 2 pump heads connected, Stepper motor drive

The RP-2S is a dual-head, long-life, high-capacity pump driven by a stepper motor.
Thanks to the stepper motor drive, the flow rate can be adjusted over a wide range from 2 to 1,300 mL/min.
By combining the two inlets into a single inlet and the two outlets into a single outlet, the dual-head design helps reduce discharge flow pulsation compared to the RP-S model.

Each of the two pump heads can draw in different liquids, allowing simultaneous transfer of two different fluids.
A dedicated driver board for stepper motor control is also available.

Stepper Motor Driver Board

This series is driven by a stepper motor.
To operate the stepper motor, a dedicated driver board is required.
We offer the following driver board as a separately sold option. Please contact us if needed.
★ To use the driver board, you will need a pump equipped with wiring that includes
a JST connector compatible with the driver board (e.g., RP-2S06*-1300A-DC24VS).

Stepper Motor Driver Board　BD202412-S

A driver board used to connect the motor and power supply, and to control the motor via external control signals.
Please prepare your own control device to send the control signals.
A DC 24V, 2A power supply is required. Please use a DC power source, such as a DC power supply unit or AC adapter.
