Ring Pump RP-WⅡ series : Double tubes type, DC motor drive

This model is a dual type pump with two tubes and two rotors inside, driven by a DC motor.
Toughest pump among the lineup of our Ring Pump.
It uses tubing with an inner diameter of 4 mm and an outer diameter of 8 mm (wall thickness 2 mm). Compared to the 1.5 mm wall thickness tubing used in our other pumps with similar or higher flow rates, the thicker wall provides greater resilience when compressed, which improves suction performance—typically a weak point of ring pumps.

The dual-type design helps reduce discharge flow pulsation compared to single-head pumps.

The arrows indicate the discharge direction when the positive side of DC power is connected to the terminal with the + mark and the negative side is connected to the terminal on the opposite side.

*Install with the motor shaft horizontal.

*It varies depending on the tube material / size and the motor.

*At -5 m, the discharge flow rate of the RP-WⅡ is approximately 17% higher than
that of the RP-2S, indicating that the RP-WⅡ has better suction performance.
