Ring Pump RP-QⅡB/C & RP-QⅢB/C series : Pump head replacement type,
Stepper motor drive

- A stepper motor drive has been added to the QⅡ/QⅢ series, which are popular for their small size and interchangeable heads. It is possible to handle minute discharge volumes.
- RP-QⅢ series has useful mounting holes.
- [QⅡB, QⅡC and QⅡF] or [QⅢB, QⅢC and QⅢF] models have different drive motors, but their appearance and dimensions are the same.
- A dedicated motor controller is sold separately.
(RE-C500/C501, RE-C600, RE-C602 ) - An optional driver board for stepper motor control is available.
- Pump head replacement is a one-time disposable.
- Models with silicone tubes can be autoclaved at 121°C for 25 minutes, 1 time.
- The following standard models, except for models that use FKM-70 tubes, can be gamma sterilized with 25 kGy.
- Models that use FKM-70 tubes have not been confirmed for sterilization.

∗1. The difference between RP-QⅡxxxx and RP-QⅢxxxx is the presence or absence of holes to fix the pump. If the xxxx part is the same, other specifications are the same. (See outline drawing below) ∗2. Connection to certain motor controllers requires a Molex connector (referred to as "Molex connector"). Connection to the motor driver board requires a JST connector (referred to as "JST connector"). ∗2. The pump with a Molex connector is required for use with the motor controller RE-C500/C501. ∗2. RE-C600 can be used with or without Molex connector. ∗3. The RP-QⅡF and QⅢF series can only be used with the dedicated motor controller RE-C602. ∗4. The discharge rate is the value when driving at 1 to 1,000 PPS. ∗5. FKM-70 tubes are fluororubber tubes with excellent chemical and oil resistance. They can also be used with special solvents. Stepper Motor Controller and Driver Board
This series is driven by a stepper motor.
To operate the stepper motor, a dedicated motor controller or driver board is required.
We offer the following motor controllers and driver board as a separately sold option. Please contact us if needed.
★ To use the driver board, you will need a pump equipped with wiring that includes
a JST connector compatible with the driver board (e.g., RP-QⅡ/Ⅲ***-***-DC24VS).
Motor controller RE-C600 [For RP-QⅡ/QⅢ***-***-DC3VS]
- Stepper motor controller for RP-HX, RP-TX, RP-QⅡB/C and RP-QⅢB/C series
- Only one pump can be connected to the RE-C600.
- Various pump operation sequences can be programmed using a PC connected to the RE-C600.
- The pump can be stopped at a specified number of revolutions up to 30 revolutions,
and a fixed discharge volume can be performed at a specified multiple
of the discharge volume per revolution.
(Discharge volume data for one rotation is attached to the pump) - The program data of the operation sequence can be saved in RE-C600 and the pump can be operated without connecting to the PC.
- Both with and without connector of motor wiring can be used.
Motor controller RE-C500/C501 [For RP-QⅡ/QⅢ***-***-DC3VS]
- Stepper motor controller for RP-HX, RP-TX, RP-QⅡB/C and RP-QⅢB/C series
- A PC connected to the RE-C500 can control various pump operations.
- Control 6 pumps with RE-C500
- Up to 12 pumps can be controlled individually by adding one RE-C501.
- Various pump operation sequences can be programmed.
- The program data of the operation sequence can be saved in RE-C500 and the pump can be operated without connecting to the PC.
- When connecting multiple pumps, different types of pumps can be mixed.
Motor controller RE-C602 [For RP-QⅡ/QⅢ***-***-DC3.3VS]
- Stepper motor controller for RP-QⅡF and RP-QⅢF series
- Only one pump can be connected to the RE-C602.

- Please prepare your own control device to send the control signals.
- A DC 24V, 0.5 A power supply is required. Please use a DC power source, such as a DC power supply unit or AC adapter.
