RP-HⅡ Series : Pump head replacement type, Stepper motor drive

- The RP-HⅡ is a stepper motor-driven pump with an interchangeable pump head.
- The flow rate can be adjusted over a wide range from 0.2 to 200 mL/min, thanks to stepper motor control.
- The pump head can be easily replaced using a one-touch magnetic coupling mechanism.
- All pump heads (except the RK-HⅡ04R) are autoclavable:
Autoclave: 121°C for 25 minutes, up to 10 cycles
Note: The RK-HⅡ04W model using "Transmaster TM-15"
tubing is not autoclavable.
Gamma sterilization: 25 kGy
(Sterilization compatibility of "Versilon F-5500-A" tubing is unverified.) - Five tubing options are available to suit various applications.
- An optional driver board for stepper motor control is available.

Stepper Motor Driver Board
This series is driven by a stepper motor.
To operate the stepper motor, a dedicated driver board is required.
We offer the following driver board as a separately sold option. Please contact us if needed.
★ To use the driver board, you will need a pump equipped with wiring that includes
a JST connector compatible with the driver board (e.g., RP-HⅡ04*-200A-DC24VS).
Stepper Motor Driver Board BD202411-M

- A driver board used to connect the motor and power supply, and to control the motor via external control signals.
- Please prepare your own control device to send the control signals.
- A DC 24V, 2A power supply is required. Please use a DC power source, such as a DC power supply unit or AC adapter.
