RP-HⅡ Series : Pump head replacement type, Stepper motor drive

The RP-HⅡ is a stepper motor-driven pump with an interchangeable pump head.
The flow rate can be adjusted over a wide range from 0.2 to 200 mL/min, thanks to stepper motor control.
The pump head can be easily replaced using a one-touch magnetic coupling mechanism.
All pump heads (except the RK-HⅡ04R) are autoclavable:
• Autoclave: 121°C for 25 minutes, up to 10 cycles
Note: The RK-HⅡ04W model using "Transmaster TM-15"
tubing is not autoclavable.
• Gamma sterilization: 25 kGy
(Sterilization compatibility of "Versilon F-5500-A" tubing is unverified.)
Five tubing options are available to suit various applications.
An optional driver board for stepper motor control is available.

Stepper Motor Driver Board

This series is driven by a stepper motor.
To operate the stepper motor, a dedicated driver board is required.
We offer the following driver board as a separately sold option. Please contact us if needed.
★ To use the driver board, you will need a pump equipped with wiring that includes
a JST connector compatible with the driver board (e.g., RP-HⅡ04*-200A-DC24VS).

Stepper Motor Driver Board BD202411-M

A driver board used to connect the motor and power supply, and to control the motor via external control signals.
Please prepare your own control device to send the control signals.
A DC 24V, 2A power supply is required. Please use a DC power source, such as a DC power supply unit or AC adapter.
