- Pump head replacement type capable of discharging up to 10mL/min.
- Pump head replacement is a one-touch method using strong magnets.
- The standard model is compatible with three types of motors: brushed DC motors, brushless DC motors, and stepper motors.
- The pump uses a brushless DC motor and a stepper motor achieved 5,000 hours∗1 of continuous operation by using needle roller bearings.
∗1: It is our experimental values using
water, and do not guarantee the
pump lifespan. - The pump head can be sterilized.
• Autoclave (25 minutes at 121℃) 10 times
is possible. However, pumps using
"Transmaster TM-15" tube can not be
autoclaved.
• Gamma ray sterilization (25kGy) is
possible.

∗2. The brushless DC motor have a built-in driver board. The pump also comes with a 500mm long wire with a connector for connecting to the driver board. ∗3. A motor controller is necessary to drive the stepper motor. (A dedicated motor controller (RE-C700) sold separately is also available.) A 300mm long connection wire comes out from the stepper motor. The wiring does not have a connector for connecting RE-C700. The RE-C700 can be used with wiring without a connector, but we can also support wiring with a connector that makes it easy to connect to the RE-C700, so please contact us if you require it. ∗4. power is connected to the terminal with the + mark

Driver board for brushless DC motor
The brushless DC motor used in the RP-H series has the built-in driver board.
The driver has the following functions: speed control, rotation direction switching, braking, and rotation signal output of 180 pulses per pump revolution.∗4
The pump is supplied with wiring with connectors for external connections.
The driver input/output details are as follows.
∗4 & 5 : Since the motor outputs 6 pulses per
revolution and the reduction gear ratio
is 1/30, the number of pulses per
revolution of the pump is 6 x 30 = 180.
